Our Law Firm was established in 1993. The foundation partners of the Firm are Dr Lyubov Logush, Petro Borsuk, Petro Bronfman and Oleksander Kalyshevych - hence the name of the Firm Logush, Borsuk, Bronfman and Kalyshevych, also known under the abbreviation LBBK.
LBBK is one of the first private law firms in Ukraine to have been formed according to the new legislation concerning the Bar and the first to have opened the second office. The Lviv Office which serves Western Ukraine is the follower of the European law tradition and goes back to pre-Soviet times. The Kyiv Office serves foreign and native clients in the capital city and presents their interests before all the central state authorities as well as all the courts, including the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. LBBK is among the very first Ukrainian firms to have been listed into the well-known Martindale-Hubbell Directory of the world law firms (Martindale-Hubbell International Law Digest) as well as into the American World Law Reference Book and the Intellectual Property Handbook. LBBK is recommended in the sphere of the International Commercial Arbitration (Ukrainian Law Firms Handbook 2006 ). Owing to the publication of PLC Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions Handbook 2006/07 , the Firm obtained the category of a recommended Ukrainian firm in the sphere of M&A.
We work in the seven languages: Ukrainian, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish and Russian. The activities of the Firm abroad are performed through the Representative Office in Philadelphia, USA, and the associate firms in numerous countries of the world.
